Happy New Year! Let's start it off with 2 new tutorials!
Updated: Jan 14
I hope your 2021 is off to a great start! After taking 2 weeks off to spend the holidays with my son and hubby, guess who's ready to get back to work? This gal is! I spent a good amount of time reflecting on some ideas for this year. The biggest idea (and goal) will be coming to fruition next month. Currently, I've been filming and charting stitches daily and there will be a nice surprise in February for you...Actually, 2 surprises! So, please subscribe to my YouTube Channel and the newsletter so that you don't miss out.
So, here's what's happened in our world of tutorials this week! For the crocheters out there, I found a lovely stitch that I absolutely fell in love with. It's a Cable stitch that uses a combination of yarn overs and single crochet to create a lacy, open cable pattern. To see the tutorial, simply click on the video below.
For knitters, I have 2 tutorials that have been uploaded. They are variations of the Seed Stitch that only uses knits and purls - one is of the Seed Stitch and the other is the Double Seed Stitch. These are fantastic as a textured stitch to use for just about anything. I've seen them used on sweaters, scarves, hats... It's super simple and a very quick tutorial. Below are the videos.
That's it for today. I'll be posting for my Featured Friend Friday tomorrow and you won't want to miss it!
Happy Friday Eve and thank you!
